Favorite time of day- Morning (like his mommy)
Favorite saying- I am not trouble, I am Benjamin
Favorite places to go- church (he loves the library), storytime at Barnes and Noble, school (daycare in afternoon) and Target (so he can have popcorn!)
Ben loves his grandparents and talks about them constantly.
Ben is quite determined, particular and social. Those are the 3 words to describe his personality. He is still not a great eater and is super picky. He has been waking up screaming with night terrors lately which is not fun.. He then ends up in our bed so we can sleep, but we need to work on this. He is such a fighter to get what he wants despite the dozens and dozens of time we say NO to him every day. He is very observant and notices everything. He noticed the Barnes and Noble store when driving by in the dark and asked to stop for storytime! He knows what he wants and makes it known. He notices if one of his tractors are missing and searches the house for it. He likes his cups with the blue lid and straw so his milk looks blue from the top:) He has a recently obsession with now wearing footy jammies after hating them since he turned 1. He has lots of tantrums when he doesn't get what he wants.. but we aren't afraid of saying No.
He wears 2T pants although getting small and 3T shirts. He is in size 6 diapers and we are hoping to potty train this spring.
On days he is home with his daddy, he without being told ,knows to wait and look out the window at 440ish so he wait for his mommy to come home. He tells about 10 times a night "I love you too mommy". So cute. he is a mommy's boy for sure. He listens way better to his daddy. He hates timeout in his room and you would think the world was ending listening to him scream.
Ben talks in full sentences and conversations.. he picks up on everything.
He loves baby sister in mommy's belly and gives kisses.. he pinches my belly and says "she's stuck in there, get her out!" 7 more weeks to go Ben.
Ben loves hotels (talks about going to hotels often, I also love hotels) and is super excited to go swimming and to a hotel in a few weeks with Uncle Dan and Aunt Katie.
He is a big helper and does chores already. He throws away his diaper after changing, puts his dirty clothes down the laundry chute, and helps fill the diaper basket. He will be a great big brother !:)
