What a great weekend!! This weekend was my Racine baby shower with about 20 guests mainly relatives and then friends in the Racine/Milwaukee Area. Love that my friend Erin flew in from MN for the weekend and my cousin Sara, and Aunt Mary from MN, my brother and his wife and boys from Green Bay were able to also come along with all the Friesema relatives. It was so great to have so many people there that are important to me:) Meant a lot that many of them traveled to come. I feel really blessed with the generosity of my family and friends and have a living room full of gifts to put away.. So thankful! Also Thankful for my sister Kara and Emmy for putting on a great shower!
It was such a great busy weekend.... tonight i have been sitting with my feet up as this super hot weather makes them quite swollen, a not so fun benefit of the heat while pregnant in summer:)
Otherwise i have been feeling well.. Looking forward to my last little weekend away coming up. We are heading to MI for a wedding and hoteling it so it will be nice to get away one last time before baby comes. Very anxious for Jon to start setting up the crib this week and clearing our guest room to become the baby's room. Counting down the weeks till we get to meet this little guy!
