O CANADA...

My weekend trip to Montreal, Canada with Emmy and Erin was a blast. What a fun place to visit. Montreal is french speaking city so it gives you the feel of being in Europe for closer to home. Its a nice big city with fun areas to explore including a Chinatown, Little Italy, and other fun neighborhoods. Everyone walks and rides bikes around town or takes the subway. We flew into Vermont and drove 2 hours to Montreal. It was kind of fun to see some of the rural area of Canada on our drive.

We stayed at a trendy Bed and breakfast that was amazing!! Only 4 years old and super cute rooms and very clean and unique. We had a DVD player and huge TV where we enjoyed watching a movie at night. We even had a private patio where they served us a 4 course breakfast every morning full coldcuts, nuts, cheeses, fruit, french pastries, a hot breakfast dish (crepes, french toast or omelet), and yogurt. It was delicious!

We then spent the days exploring the city, walking to stores, exploring the basillica, taking the subway, going out to eat, taking photos and hanging out.We had a little rain but it was okay with our umbrellas. We had some really good meals and just a fun girls weekend and many memories.
