I love biking, like Trek biking not Harley biking if that is what you are thinking. I enjoy the way I can cover 10-14 miles of land all within about an hour, exploring new areas or trails and yet get a good leg and cardio workout.
I love that I can descretly clip on my ipod shuffle with cords coming from my bike helmet and escape for an hour outside while working out. Probably not the safest but Don't worry I am very aware of traffic around me.
I find it hillarious that I am lost on my bike without my cateye speedometer to tell me how fast I am going and how far. If I go on a bike ride without it, I go way less distance as i always overstimate mileage. Thank God for the Cateye to motivate me.
I love the endorphins and sense of accomplishment after completing a long bike ride and finally getting home.
Just thought i would share. I am looking forward to hitting the bike trails on vacation next week. I figure if I bike early in they day, then later in the day I can feel like I did some exercise before sitting in the sun with my book and relaxing the rest of the day:)
