Jon is gone in Alaska and heading back home to WI tommorow. I am very excited to see him and that this is OUR LAST vacation apart this summer.. So far this summer I took a trip to AZ without him, he took a trip up north WI without me and to Alaska without me.. I was trying to figure out why i felt like why we have been apart a lot this summer and then I realized why...
since Jun 10, 2009 we have vacationed apart 19 days.. no wonder,that is a lot. We both are pretty independent and I am glad for this season of our life we got to travel to weddings, or family trips even when the other one was unable to attend or had plans...
I do miss Jon a lot even though its just been a long weekend.. makes you reevaluate and realize how much you love someone and thier company when they are gone for a few days or longer...
so i am glad to get my hubby back and to go on vacation with him at the end of this week camping with my parents, grandparents and my long lost sister Kara who safely returned back to WI from Costa Rica today.. should be a great time of fun and relaxing.
Its really has been a great summer for lots of vacations, that is for sure.. We still have 2 more camping weekends, a long weekend trip to Seattle for jon's brothers wedding, and I am going to roadtrip to MN to visit friends for a few days.. all this in the next month or so. crazy but great.
