1) my faith and relationship with Jesus Christ who constantly forgives and overflows my life with love, forgiveness, joy and blessings
2)my husband... who loves me so much, supports me in my dreams, encourages me and makes me a better person.. i especially love being married during the holidays...
3) my family....a great Christian extended family on my side and jon's.. familiy that gets along and supports each other and is a pleasure to be around.. the chance to have my sister, Kara live with us this summer was complete blessing and joy to get closer.
4) New additions to my extended family... the addition of my sister in law Erin, my adorable nephew Connor and my soon to be sister in law Lisa for Jon's family.. .I love them all
5) my friends.... some living near by, and many who live hours away but still make my friendship a priority by frequent calls and visits.. it means to much
6) my church.... i truly found a church home that I feel apart of and its an important part of my life.. I also truly enjoy my ministry with the youth girls small group
7) School..... the opportunity to finish my Master's Degree in 8 months from now.. and financially be able to not work full time and be supported by Jon.. i am so thankful for the chance to learn and grow as a professional at this time and be challenged...I am also thankful for my internship experience and the joy of truly enjoying my work there as an Outpatient medical social worker
8)Stability.... even though we are moving a lot in a period of 2 years.. God has granted us many blessings of a warm home to come home to, money to pay the bills, a steady job for Jon, and many predictable comforts and many wants as well
9) Health... no major sicknesses or illness for Jon and I.. I am thankful for great doctors, my chiropractor, and available healthcare
10) Healing... for my Uncle Dale who is rehabilating from a stroke.. God has poured out his healing power and we praise God. Also thankful that God has used this unfortunate event to draw our family closer to him, and trust in his power as the Great Physician..
11)Extra blessings... for the many extras of life.. the stuffed closet full of clothes, electronics, 2 working cars, a vacation to Mexico in January, funiture, the abillity to go out for dinner or go shopping or to a movie, cupboards stuffed with food, weekend visits with friends and family
12) Thanksgiving and the Holiday Season.. a time to spend with family and friends and thank God for everything!
