Tonight is a night where as reflect on this summer and my life.. i truly see how God has "sprinkled" my life with blessings. I often look at the challenges and forget to thank God for the blessings. To God be all the glory for the following blessings in my life throughout this summer and this past year.
- blessings of a great summer filled with great weather,no school or homework, fun camping trips, spending time with Jon
- the blessing of having my sister live with Jon and I this summer and having someone to go on walks with, cook with and be my company while Jon is working. It was also nice to get closer to Kara and appreciate all her help around the house.
-the blessing of a house we live in, where we have been able to save money during our first year of marriage
- the blessing of a job for Jon that he has prayed for and worked hard for. It is also a blessing that his income can support both of us while i finish my MSW
- the blessing of a 4 year social work job that is ending that has taught me so much and encouraged my passion for helping others, also for many good friendships through work
- the blessing for Jon and I both to enjoy the work that we do, and not be stuck in a dead end job
- the blessing of the opporunity to attend school and be financially able to do so... so many of the world's population do not have these opportunities
-the blessing of a good church that i am involved in and feel apart of and with a great Pastor
- the blessing of a great loving Husband who truly loves me for whom I am and our love for each other goes stronger through time
- the blessing of many of the wants in life....that bring us joy...
-the blessing of amazing families in Jon and my life. Great Siblings that care about each other, loving Godly parents, wonderful extended families that both love God and truly enjoy spending time together
- the blessing of great friends to journey through life together and the joy those friendships bring
- the blessings of the joy I have recieved while reaching out to those around me through helping at church or encouraging a friend
- the blessing of God's never ending love and forgiveness, no matter how often we don't put him first, he is always there for us
