Happy 6 months to Ben! Can't believe its been a half of a year since Ben entered our lives! How crazy its been and fast he has already grown up. Ben eats 4 bottles of 7-8 ounces while he is awake. He continues to regress in sleeping and wakes up even more overnight (like 4 times last night:( I think its teething so we have found that infant tylenol or motrin can be quite a help. Hopefully his sleep gets better because he is awake more now then he ever was as a newborn! I dream of the day when he sleeps through the night or even wakes up only once would be good!
As far as eating solids... Ben has been a little dramatic about that too. We have tried all cereals, most stage 1 veggies and fruits and he takes 2-3 bites then screams and clamps his lips shut and turns his face. He seems interested in food and wants to eat what we have when we are eating but forget baby food, its all disgusting to him. I am going to try and make some babyfood and see if he likes that better than the couple of brands I have tried. We will keep trying new things.. going to ask the dr about that tommorow.
As far as activities.. Ben loves bath time, johnny jump up, his activity center, and he loves rolling/scooting to get to the toys he wants on the floor. He lifts his arms, shoulders and head up and my guess he might be crawling in the next month or so. He can ALMOST sit on his own.. pretty good inside the boppy pillow. He likes to work on sitting.. He also know reaches out to go to someone, its so cute. He is also is pretty photogenic:)
He is wearing 12-18 month clothes.. he is tall boy. Looking forward to seeing how much he weighs and how tall he is at his dr appt tommorow..
He loves to babble and giggle and of course smiles a lot.. He is such a happy baby during the day.. We just have to figure out the night time/teething issues...any suggestions?

I can't believe how fast the time is going! And Zion wears 18 months!! LOL! He is a big boy! But maybe he will slow down...Zion has been stuck in 18 month clothing for about 6 months now!

Hope the sleeping gets better!! I have no good advice because I have no idea why Erin is doing better now! We sure had a rough first 4-5 months- she would wake up and scream and scream until I fed her- she never took the pacifier during the night and seemed even more mad if we tried to rock her back to sleep without feeding her. Does Ben want to eat during the night or he just wakes up?
Erin hasn't gotten any teeth yet so I don't know much about teething either- hopefully the baby tylenol is helping!!
