I have been using my slowcooker more lately on the days Jon and I both work and I have to pick up Ben from daycare and am on my own to make dinner.. both these are pretty good and easy.
Cranberry Onion Pork Chops
2-4 pork chops, bone in or boneless
dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup craisins (dried cranberries)
1 c. water
Spray Slow Cooker with nonstick spray. place pork chops on bottom. Cover with 1 cup of water. Sprinkle 1/2- full packet of onion soup mix on top (depending on number of chops). Sprinkle 1/2 cup craisins on top. Cook for 6 or more hour on low. Super easy and tasteful whether you eat the craisins with it or just use them for seasoning. JOn hates fruity meat recipes and thought this was good because the chops are moist and really tasty!
