I had a great Saturday with my friends Noelle and Emmy. We had fun exploring and spent too much money but I will share. Sorry no pictures, I really need to get better at that.
1) Winter Farmers Market at State Fair
Love it! They have organic meats, apples,jams,some stock veggies,bakery, farm eggs.
It was great. I am trying some farm eggs that were recommended by Liz.. we will see how much better they are then grocery ones.. I also got jam and honey crisp apples.
2) Pumpkin Pancakes at John's Sandwich Shop in Tosa
I have been deprived and not had these for over a year and it was amazing, I love them!
3) Alterra Coffee
always the best!
4) Spice House in Tosa.. corner of Glenview (84th) and Watertown Plank amazing deals for great spices (I got taco, seasoning salt,cinnamon tea, indian cooking spices, and grilling spices all for under $15) and you get a free gift with purchase and you might be suprised by who is your cashier..lets just say she may be the founder of a famous spice company in Milwaukee:) how cool is that! Definetely going back. I am now inspired to make a good dinner for Jon:)
