This weekend was so much fun. Sara came to visit from MN and we had a blast. We hung out with Emmy and Noelle and did fun things like kenosha outlet shopping, pedicures, more shopping, sitting by the pool, going out for dinner and just hanging out together like the good ole days when Noelle, Sara and I were roomates. It was so great to just have some fun girl time. The weekend went way toooo fast.
Today is the day to clean up and then start on my remaining assignments for my summer class that ends on Thursday. Jon left for up north WI for the week with his extended family and i am stuck here with homework, internship and class.. i wish i could have gone with him on vacation, i love it up there! O well. Its one summer of school and then I am done, hopefully next summer we can both go again. Last summer we had a great time fishing together and just hanging out with his family. I will miss my hubby.
I am sure i will keep busy this week with school, and a few plans with friends in the evening. I cannot believe that 4th of July is coming up so quickly! Its like I am anxious for school to be done and to move and get a job and a PAYCHECK, BUT i am also enjoying my easier schedule this summer where i actually have 2 afternoons a week to sit outside by a pool.. I don't want to take that for granted too.
Savor the summer and time together with family and friends! Its the memories that mean the most in the end. I am just lovin life and i am so blessed!
