Last night, Jon and I treated kara to her first meal at PF changs as a treat before she leaves for her trip to Costa Rica in a few weeks. I love that restaurant and the food was amazing. To our surprise though, we had a celebrity server, well kind of.
Our waiter was "Jamar", a young African American man who was on American Idol as Danny Gokey's best friend and they had tried out for Idol together.. Do your remember him??? Someone had told me that he was a server at PF Changs but i kind of forgot.. How wierd is that? I wanted to say something or write "Good Luck to your buddy Danny" on the reciept but Jon was about kick me under the table if I did. Although thinking more about it now he might get annoyed if every table says something about it. He was an excellent server though, quick with refills and suggestions and we tipped him well. Just thought I would share.
SO excited for another day of sunshine today... I am contemplating whether to delay my paper writing until Monday evening. Its not due to until May 12, but i am the type of girl to want to get it doen and be over with this semester, I don't procrastinate. I need to get some sun and a long walk in today :)
I LOVE SPRING!
